As the snow continues to fall over Newark, I am working toward new projects and re-thinking ones already in progress. One of my larger in-progress works is an extension of my residency in the Summer of 2014 aboard the Charles W. Morgan whaling ship, as part of the 38th Voyage.

While drafting narrative for a project inspired by this residency, it has brought on many wonderful recollections of my trip on the whaling ship off the coast of Massachusetts. I wanted to share just a few images of the ship, flanked by blue skies and green sea water, in anticipation of warmer months.
