Explode Every Day

I was lucky enough to be able to visit the fanastic show Explode Every Day up at MassMOCA the week before it closed. I knew that I needed to make it to see this show, because it really speaks to my sensibility of exploration and love of wonder. I was first aware of the show when I heard about Jen Bervin’s brilliant Silk Poems project. You can learn more about it here:  http://jenbervin.com/projects/silk-poems

Jen Bervin’s Silk Poem’s manuscript and a very powerful magnet:

Story of the universe:

Holographic records, matchstick domes, and immersive drawings:

Rubberbands made of glass, “All the bands I can remember seeing” by Fred Tomaselli (reminds me of Dahlia Elsayed’s work)
