This fall I am lucky to have parts of my installation, 1,000 Square Feet (0.00701459%), exhibited concurrently at two galleries. A 100 print installation is currently at Brick + Mortar Gallery in Easton PA and a second 100 print installation is at The Hostetter Arts Center Gallery at The Pingry School in Basking Ridge, NJ.
The installations are pieces of a larger work that is investigating the materiality of the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. This project is rooted in site-specific time spent observing waterways. At Brick + Mortar Gallery, I am exhibiting work made in Easton, PA and Benin, Africa. At The Hostetter Arts Center Gallery I am exhibiting work made at Richard W. DeKorte Park in the Meadowlands of NJ.
