In 2020, the year for which the most complete data is available, 45,222 people died from gun-related injuries in the U.S. 43% or (19,384) of those deaths fell under the category of “Murder” and that doesn’t include the 611 deaths that were involved with law enforcement.

19,995 lives are 19,995 too many. We say a prayer for the ones that are lost and we say a prayer for the soil that will carry them. Amen 🙏🏾
