Joining Gallery Aferro as a curatorial/art admin intern was a truly unique experience. Throughout my internship, I had the privilege of witnessing the gallery’s operations before, during, and after exhibitions.

The supportive atmosphere from the moment I started made every day exciting, and I created countless memories. I participated in setting up exhibitions and contributed to the gallery’s migration to a new website. Shadowing and learning from everyone has significantly enhanced my understanding of how a non-profit gallery functions on a day-to-day basis.

My internship at Gallery Aferro has been an unforgettable journey, tons of personal growth, and meaningful connections. I’m deeply grateful for this opportunity and eagerly to see where it will lead me in my future endeavors.
